The leading commercial blueberry variety grown.  It produces high yields of large, bright blue berries that are firm and grow in large clusters. The berry flavor is superb, fresh or frozen. Bluecrop is known for its hardiness, vigor and consistent production. The plant grows to a height of 4–6 feet.

Bluegold blueberry is a mid-season variety that is highly productive, with superior quality berries for midseason. Fruit ripening is concentrated, with harvesting in 1 or 2 picks.  The mature height is 4–6', with yellow fall foliage.

Blueberry - Blueray

Blueray is an early-midseason blueberry variety that ripens a few days before Bluecrop. The large, dark-blue berries, with sweet, high-quality flavor, make Blueray an excellent choice for the home gardener.  Blueray is widely planted throughout the Northeast and Midwest.

From Maine - a standout selection primarily used as a container plant. Bronzy new growth in spring, gray-green in summer, and deep burgundy in fall. Its fruit qualities are classic and wild, with light blue berries the size of small peas. Growing low to the ground and spreading through underground stems, it reaches a mature size of 3' wide by 1' to 2' tall.

Blueberry - Chandler

This is a mid to late season blueberry plant with the largest berry of any available variety on the market today. Chandler will fruit over a period of 4–6 weeks and has very nice flavor. This variety is vigorous, with a spreading habit of 5–6 feet. Chandler is probably not hardy enough for the more northern areas.

Blueberry - Darrow

Darrow is a late mid-season blueberry variety that produces large berries and is highly rated for its flavor. The plant is very vigorous and grows upright. Not recommended for northern areas, Darrow is suited for southern Wisconsin and South.

Duke blueberry is an early-season variety. It is high-yielding and hardy. The attractive fruit is medium to large, light blue, and slightly tart. Berries maintain their uniform quality better than most other varieties.

Blueberry - Elliott

Elliot blueberry plants are very productive and grow vigorously and upright. Elliott is considered the latest of all varieties, fruiting through September. This variety is winter hardy. Berries are medium-sized, firm and have a light-blue color. Fruit needs to be picked fully ripe for best taste. This variety is a good choice for extending the growing season.

Blueberry - Jersey

Jersey blueberry is a late-season variety that is easy to grow, high-yielding, and one of the oldest and most widely grown blueberry varieties. The berries are dark blue, medium in size, and very sweet. A tall and well-shaped bush, it has excellent ornamental value.

Blueberry - Last Call

A very late season northern Highbush, ripens in the same window as Elliott. Although primary use is for commercial fresh production, it is also recommended for processed or local market growers wanting to extend their harvest season.

A cold-hardy blueberry variety known for its landscape appeal and quality fruit production. Berries have a "wild" taste, ideal for baking or fresh eating, and are particularly juicy. A half-high blueberry with wild lowbush ancestry can withstand temperatures to minus 35°F, though snow protection boosts production. Recommended for those seeking higher yields in colder climates.

Blueberry - Northland

Northland blueberry has excellent winter hardiness. It has produced a consistent crop following winter temperatures as low as -30F. The medium-size berries are very flavorful—similar to wild blueberries. The plant grows to about 4 feet, with attractive foliage throughout the fall.

Blueberry - Northsky

A half-high blueberry with wild lowbush ancestry, it is the most cold tolerant blueberry. Well-suited for container growing, borders, or group plantings. A 2'-3' wide bush covered in snow-white blooms in spring and dense, glossy green leaves in summer. As a cold tolerant variety, its primary use is as a container plant.

Blueberry - Patriot

Patriot is an early variety released by the University of Maine, where growing seasons are short and winter hardiness is a must. This variety is vigorous and grows upright to a height of 4–6 feet. Patriot adapts to many different soil types and has performed better in heavier soil than some other varieties. The fruit is large and has very good flavor.

Blueberry - Reka

Reka blueberry, an early season blueberry, is one of the fastest growing and most adaptable varieties we have seen. A very vigorous variety, it grows well in light sandy soils, peat and heavier clay loams and is more tolerant to wetter ground than many other varieties. Reka ripens during the same season as Duke, but the berries have a different flavor profile.
